Breathemail Oct 15th 2012

Morning everyone,

It seems ages since I've written the weekly email, and for some of you this is the first time you've been on the mailing list which I've just updated. Thank you to everyone who has returned annual health forms to me already, if you haven't done this years, please do so as soon as possible. Thank you too to everyone who helped out, visted, enjoyed the scarecrow festival over the weekend, we had over 1,000 visitors!

This week looks like this:
Today I'm off to George Spencer later on for Christian Union at lunchtime, we meet every week in room T64 for about half an hour at 12.45, bring your sandwiches.
Tuesday I'm on a day off and having a quiet one!
Wednesday I'll be at the Churches Leadership Team meeting in the evening....
Thursday is it's usual busy self, with Showcase in the afternoon at George Spencer and youth club in the evening at Toton Methodist.
Friday brings the start of half term but Friday Zone, for anyone in Years 3 to 6 is on as usual this week.
Saturday is normally a relaxing day, but I have my doubt for this weekend! Weather permitting, I'll be stepping out of a plane at 12,000 ft (I know it's only small compared to Mr Baumgartner yesterday!) in aid of the Church Mission Society. So far my fundraising has reached £550, if you want to donate my Just Giving page is here. Yes, I'm excited, scared, nervous and more all rolled into one, and I'm sure I'll enjoy it when it happens, just very anxious about the moment I go to the open door of the plane! Please pray for courage and good weather on Saturday.
Sunday brings Breathe groups at the 10.30 services and in the evening at 7.00 at St Peter's. If you are coming in the evening, we'll be painting, so you might want to wear/bring old clothes....

Over half term I'll be taking a few days off at the beginning of the week but will be in touch on Sunday next weekend with an outline of what's happening, but the mid week groups will all be taking a break.
