Breathemail April 2nd 2012

Good morning everyone, on a morning more typical of this time of year! You can tell school's out, the good weather has vanished :-)

I've just looked at my diary for this week and it is surprisingly empty! I'm not about to try and fill it as I have a mountain of paperwork to catch up on, but as we journey towards Easter, there are a few things to mention:

Wednesday I'll be in Costa from about 2 pm for an hour or two, reading, drinking tea, chatting to whoever is around, so if you want to pop in and say hi it would be good to see you.
Thursday There is a service at Toton Methodist at 7.30 pm
Good Friday There is time and space to reflect on the message of Good Friday at St Peter's at 2.00 pm and at TMC at 6.00 pm.
Easter Sunday There are a range of services through the day, starting at 6.00 am at Attenborough Nature Reserve (worth the early alarm call) and then at 8.30 am, 10.30 am, 4.00 pm and 6.00 pm at various places in Toton. See www.totonchurches.org for more details.

After that, I'm on holidays for a week. All the groups will be re-starting in the week beginning Monday April 16th.

As we do approach Easter, I pray that you all have a time of refreshment and rest, and that the love of God in Christ surrounds us all.
