Breathemail June 13th

Hi everyone!

Andy is away on holiday this week, so it's just me! It's still a busy week though, so here goes:

Today - I'm off to a Youth Worker Lunch this afternoon, then to Brownies in the evening.

Tuesday - The team going to Zambia are going on a trip to a building site a bit closer to home.

Wednesday - I will be at Costa in the afternoon, from 3 to 4:30. Come along and have a drink and a chat!

Thursday - I'll be up at George Spencer after school for Showcase (we're watching Shrek: Forever After!) and then Breathe Cafe is on in the evening, at the Methodist church, from 7 to 8:30pm.

Friday - I'll be at Play and Praise in the afternoon, then at Youth Club in the evening. Friday Youth Club is for Years 3-6 and takes place at the Methodist church from 6:15 to 7:45pm. We now have room again in this group for new members, so bring a friend! We also have a special guest coming along on Friday, a friend of Bisoke!

Sunday - In the morning, there will be services at both churches at 10:30am, with the usual groups for young people.

In the afternoon there will be a Habitat Team Meeting, from 2 to 4pm.

In the evening, Breathe Deeper will consist of spending some time with the Holy Spirit, come along and give it a try!

The Car Wash Extravaganza!

Saturday June 25th is our last planned fundraiser for the trip to Zambia to build homes for people living in Chazanga slum in Lusaka. Alongside the car wash, we'll be running a number of other stalls:

- We'll be serving hot dogs and drinks.

- Andy will be in the stocks at various times through the day for you to throw wet sponges at him!

- Also, cake stalls, arts and crafts stalls and more.

- "Doors" open at 10.00 am.
