My apologies that I'm a bit late today, I was in Bispham for assembly this morning. Over the coming days, the week looks like this:
Today: Amy heads off for the first of this years' conferences with Time For God. She's back on Thursday afternoon.
Tuesday: I'm back at Bispham for a governors meeting.
Wednesday: I'll be at George Spencer at lunchtime for Christian Union (Room 65, Technology), and at Costa from 3 til about 4.30 pm as well. That evening I'm at a planning meeting for the Christmas carol services - if you are on the BLT course and can make it, please let us know through Facebook if you can make it.
Thursday: It's back to George Spencer in the afternoon for Showcase in Base 4 and at Cafe Breathe in the evening. There is also a new music session at TMC on Thursday from 7.30 as well.
Friday: We're all at youth club at the usual times, and I'm off to the Scouts annual birthday bash afterwards.
Sunday: I'm preaching at St P's in the morning, there will be the usual groups at the usual times and churches. Breathe Deeper is on at St P's from 7 til 8.30 for Year 7 up.
Other events coming up:
Halloween - we are running an alternative Halloween event at Toton Methodist from 6 til 8 pm for anyone in Year 3 and above, right up to Year 13. There will be a range of games and activities for everyone to dip in and out of, as well as a bring-it-all together bit at the end.
November 7th - Many of you will know my wife Rachel from youth and children's activities. She is being recognised as a Local Preacher in the Methodist Church on the 7th, at 3 pm. The service is at St P's, with refreshments afterwards at TMC. The service is open to all, please do feel welcome to come along.
Soul Survivor - We're taking a group to this again next summer, the cost starts at £120 if you book by January 21st, rising to £140 if you book after April 22nd. It's open to anyone in Year 7 and above, and the cost covers 5 nights camping accommodation, all meals, transport and entry to all events. There's more at www.soulsurvivor.com.
