Hi Everyone,
Well, I'm back from holidays and sat at my desk sorting my diary out for the next couple of weeks. We're still finalising the dates groups will restart this year, and will write to anyone we have an address for that was involved in groups at the end of last term - whether that is Cafe, Youth Club or Breathe Deeper. Unlike previous years, we won't be writing to everyone on our list as we have gone through a few changes over the last 12 months. Over the next two weeks though, these bits and pieces are happening:
Wednesday August 25th - I'll be in Costa from 2 pm, anyone who wants to drop in for a chat is more than welcome.
Monday August 30th - there's a celebration at TMC to mark the partnership between Toton Methodist and St Peter's churches. It's open to all, from 10.00 am onwards, with free refreshments including bacon butties. If you would like to come along and help staff the youth stand, please let me know in advance. We'll be serving fruit cocktails as part of it.
Thursday Sept 2nd- I'll be in Costa from 2 pm onwards again.
Sunday Sept 5th is time to say farewell to Mel and Matthew Stoodley as Mel retires from the role of Minister at TMC. There's a faith tea at 4.30 pm, followed by a service at 6.00 pm, all at TMC.
As things become more confirmed in terms of dates etc, I'll keep you updated. Enjoy the rest og the summer, and see you in Toton as the summer starts to blend into autumn.

no free bacon butties....they are just in Andrew's imagination......not the existence of them......but the lack of cost to purchase in order to eat them!!!!!
