Weekly Email November 16th 2009

Morning all,
I hope the swim to school this morning wasn't too unpleasant! November seems to have well and truly arrived, along with a new season of autumn rugby internationals. We're gearing up for Christmas, and this week has quite a bit on, so here goes:
Monday: Amy is at TMC this evening for Guiding groups, I'm at Leadership
Wednesday: I'm leading the session at Cu at lunchtime in George Spencer, we'll both be at Starbucks in the afternoon from 3 if anyone wants to catch up for a brew. In the evening, Rachel Brough from Chilwell will be at TMC sharing her experience of her trip to India this past summer with Youth For Christ. It starts at 7.30, and there'll be a collection for The Leprosy Mission.
Thursday: Showcase is on after school at George Spencer in Base 4, and Cafe breathe is on at TMC at the usual time.
Friday brings the usual groups, at TMC, with youth club at 6.15 to 7.45 or 8.00 to 9.30 depending on which group you come to!
Sunday morning sees worship services at both churches, with groups for children and teenagers of all ages. In the evening Rachel and Amy are leading the 6 pm evening service, and Breathe Deeper is on afterwards.
We still have some tickets for the Delirious? gig in Birmingham next week (Friday 27th), please let me know if you want one. We'll also have the information pack for Sleepout 09 ready during the week, they'll be available by Friday at the latest. It's happening on Saturday December 19th, raising money for Framework again - www.frameworkha.org. Their Annual Report features our event from last year on Page 18. Visit their website and click on the link on the front page of their site to read it.
We're also gearing up for our Hot Chocolate Giveaway, keep an eye out for the posters etc in the next few weeks. In the meantime, have a good week and see you somewhere in Toton!
God bless,
Andy
