Morning all,
Term is almost over, the McDonalds gathering at lunchtime tomorrow is looming! The rest of the week is fairly quiet, and looks like this:
Wednesday - I'll be in Starbucks from 3.
Thursday - Cafe breathe is on from 7.00 - 8.30 for anyone in Year 9 or above.
Friday - open house from 6.30 to 9.30 at Chez Glascott for anyone who has been involved in leading or helping at any of our youth and childrens groups at Toton Churches over the last year. Please let us know if you are coming, and if you need directions, please shout.
Sunday - morning services at both St P's and TMC, and in the evening at 6 there's a youth-lead service at St P's. Thjere'll be more on the blog later in the week about that.
Over the summer we've got holiday special next week, and after that there will be occasional Starbucks and on Sunday evenings (July 26th, August 2nd, 16th, 23rd and 30th) I'm opening the Youth room at St P's for "Chill 'n' Chat" evenings between 7 and 9. Each evening will finish with a short devotional for about 15 minutes, but the rest of the time there'll be space to chat, play games, brew up and generally relax. If you can help out as a CRB cleared adult for one of these sessions, please let me know. Without another adult there, we can't run the sessions....
In the meantime, I'll be watching the weather forecast and looking for a gap in the weather to spray-paint a banner for Holiday Special, let me know if you want to help with that. I'll blog when I'm aiming to do it. Have a good week, enjoy the beginning of the holidays and see you soon!
