Feeling Sad

Many of us are having a tough day today, and know that coming days might be difficult at different times. We'll be providing plenty of space to sit and think, pray, reflect. Equally, you might want to spend some time on your own, and there's a really good website here. Among all sorts of resources for young people, there's a virtual graffiti wall to express yourself on, pick almost any colour or spray paint!

It's run by Winstons Wish, a charity supporting children and young people when people die. There's some really good stuff there, do have a look. I've linked to the young peoples section, but there's stuff there for adults and others who offer support as well.
