Last night at Breathe we were talking about where we turn for help, and Childline was mentioned a few times. The number for them is 0800 1111 and the website is www.childline.org.uk. There will also be a link on the links section of the blog.

Breathe In - Breathe Deeper - Breathe Out
Regular Breathe Groups & Happenings
Wednesday: Costa Coffee - drop in for a chat and/or a brew, most weeks at least one of Andy and Amy will be there from 3.
Thursday: Cafe Breathe is open at TMC for anyone in Year 9 and above from 7.00 til 8.30 pm.
Friday: Breathe Fridays Youth Club for anyone in Years 3 to 6 is on at TMC from 6.15 to 7.45.
Sunday: We run groups for all ages during the 10.30 services at both churches. Ages 5 to 11 meet at TMC and 11+ meet at St P's. Adults walk with anyone moving between churches for the groups.
Breathe Deeper is open to anyone in Year 7 and up, and meets at St P's from 7.00 til 8.30 pm
As well as these groups, we also support the Wednesday Christian Union and Thursday Showcase group at George Spencer.
