Greetings one and all,
Now, don’t be too shocked by getting an email from me on a Tuesday, my regular day off! I’m banking time for later in the week when I have the car and need to take a load of stuff to the tip. In the snow and rain knowing my luck! As it’s half term, things are a bit quieter this week:
Tomorrow – after morning prayers at 9.00 (at St P’s for anyone that wants to join us) Ju Yeon and I will be at TMC to paint banners and cupboards and things, so anyone that wants to pop along and join us, please do! We’ll be there til about lunchtime, ish. IN the afternoon, Ju Yeon will be at Starbucks from 3, and I’ll try and pop along at some point. In the evening there’s a Rock Solid planning meeting for the leaders.
Thursday & Friday - there’s now no trip to Waterworld happening this week as the combination of interest and available cars didn’t match up. A few people had said they were interested in going, but not enough concrete offers of help with transport came my way I’m afraid.
Sunday – Alpha at Breathe resumes after half term, at St P’s from 7 and with by the sound of it a variety of puddings to choose from this week!
Once we’ve met as Rock Solid leaders tomorrow evening we’ll have some dates for events around Christmas – the hot chocolate giveaway, Framework Sleepout and more, so keep an eye on things over the next few days.
In the meantime, enjoy half term and see you round during the week.
